Hi all, I've just installed the TV Planner app and scheduled some programmes. However, only one of the programmes I've scheduled has been accepted by the box. The others under the "Waiting" column say "series not accepted". Any advice please?

Can you turn the box off at the mains for 10 minutes, then power on and retest. Try submitting a recording request via the app.
