Slow, unresponsive box

My talk talk box is really slow and unresponsive. Recordings failed on a regular basis. When they do record, playback stalls and won’t respond to anything. When fast forwarding, remote control stops connecting with box so programme fast forwards all the way to the end, no amount of pushing buttons does anything. I constantly have to turn box off and on again, I have reset box multiple times and lost all previous recordings. This box is so frustrating. Internet connection is fine, I have run speed tests and all is good so that’s not the problem. How do I go about getting a box that works?

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
