If you used the code you typed in the heading, it's incorrect.
When you apply the code of comes up with the price in large numbers as £0.00, or the reduced price, when accepted.
Did this happen, and if so your email confirmation would reflect this. If the email said anything other than this and had the full rental costs then then code was not applied correctly.
