Hi

I'm getting this error, TTG-216, when going to Talktalk player. Had if for a nmber of weeks now but only just got around to doing something about it!

Reading other threads it may be a TT backend setting problem?

I have 2 TV boxes but only really use one (372). The 'spare' box (370) has a working a Talktalk player, so maybe my main box setting needs to be switched?

Hi

Is the box direct to the router with a cable or via powerline adapters?

If the other box is working have you tried swapping the box over or connecting the box at the same point to see if it works?

Can you try MORE TV then choose some boost content then retest.

Thanks

Karl.

Hi, I've tried the below...sorry for the delay.!!

I don't use powerline adaptors, both are cabled direct.

Tried a router reboot  - Still the same issue

Swapped Network cable - Still the same issue

Based on others comments in the past it seems it may be a TT back end config change needed?

Hi

If you have 2 boxes and the TalkTalk player works correctly on 1 box, can you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 2: Keep Recordings).

Set the box back up and this will register in the database as the main box.

Retest an see if this clears the error.

Thanks

Karl.
