I assume you are having trouble accessing you Internet channels. If not can you let us know the nature of the problem please.

I suggest you try the chat function (link on the forum home page) and ask for your box to be set as primary. You will need your box identifier which you can find under settings.
OCE's here say it's a simple change.

I’m also having trouble with TTG-238 on our youview box. We only have one box - can it be set to primary please? We haven’t been able to access pay for content for months due to this.
