TV Boost

Second Request for Help. I subscribed to TV Entertainment Boost a couple of weeks ago. At the time of subscribing the channels included Film Club which I believe has been replaced with Rakuten Films. When I now try to view a Rakuten film I get an onscreen message telling me I am NOT subscribed to TalkTalk TV. Yet another rip off by TalkTalk ??
