TV Box delivery

I subscribed to an improved broadband package in May 2020, Faster Fibre, which included £2 per month for TalkTalkTV.

The website says "We'll send out your kit including your TalkTalk TV Box via courier service. If you're new to TalkTalk, this kit will only be dispatched once your phone and broadband services are up and running." Phone and broadband are up and running, but I haven't received the TV box. Please let me know when it will be delivered.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

i have the same issue. My account did say it would be sent out but I got connected yesterday and it now says to add my existing box but I don’t have one as didn’t have tv on my account before.

 

would you be able to let me know if one is on its way please?

If you start your own thread (new message), wed love to help.

 

Weve found that posting in someone elses conversation makes it harder to follow when looking for an answer.
