TV Box does not connect to TV

First Timer

Set up TV box checked that everything is connected; however, TV box information does not appear on TV screen when trying to turn on with remote control. Re-set remote control and tv box but still nothing. TV box channels nor menu appear on TV

Check the HDMI Cable is seated correctly.  Don't have two connections - ie Scart and HDMI, just one or the other.  Check the TV is on the correct HDMI channel / source.


Check the box is powered on via the button at the back.   


Are there any lights on the front of the box ?
