TV Box problem

My talk talk TV box is not able to get freeview channels and also have problems with HDMI cable.

 

I have factory reset the box and also changed the HDMI cable with no effect.

 

I have a blank screen with no audio or video signal.

 

Please advise. Does the TV box have these faults commonly seen by others as well?

Hi

 

Have you tried another HDMI port on the TV ?  Is there anything on the screen when you press the youview button, any menu item showing etc ?  Has this worked previously on this TV ?

Hi Karl,

 

Yes i have tried a different HDMI cable with no change. The screen remains blank with no menu items that show up when you press 'youview'. 

 

Yes it has been working for the last 6 months and stopped suddenly 2 days ago.

I'm having the same issue was told an engineer needs to Come out first 🙄 it's very annoying as I only have Saturdays off and my partner is free Monday if they can send me a replacement box I can install it myself
