I recently renewed my broadband with a new offer and noticed on my account that it said I had TV included and that a box would be sent out once I was connected.
My new line/broadband was connected yesterday and the account now says to plug in my existing tv box however I don’t have one as TV wasn’t included with my previous package.
will a box be sent out still?

Thank you! It arrived today but it’s no use to me as seems I can only use it if it’s connected by wire to the router... my router is in the attic 😔
mice tried checking on the forums but can’t see anything to say the tv box can connect via a wireless connection? I haven’t unpackaged the box to check yet.
