My tv box regularly has been freezing when watching recorded programmes, we just put up with this for well over a year or but it recently stopped playing all recordings and also stopped recording ( recording failed message ) every time.I have tried all reset options and checked aerial is OK.Do talktalk repair faulty boxes?

Have you done a full factory reset from the settings menu?

I have sent a new youview box i got a text message saying it has been delivered , but it has NOT been delivered.I have security cameras monitoring my property ,they confirm no delivery was made

please help
