TV Plus box Behaving Badly

Re posting same issue with talk talk plus box.

Having to now turn the box off every night so as to restart it in again in the morning.

Having somewhat success. managed to record a programme after restarting next day

But then wouldnt change to another channel without turning off and on again.

VERY FRUSTRATING

 

 

NEED NEW BOX!!

My talk talk plus box has for quite some months has

stopped recording,

stopped playing recordings,

wont change channel (unless switch box off and then restart)

I have previously had  issues with this box was advised at that stage should get new box

if issue occurs.

have reset the box on a few occasions and lost all previous recordings ect

been trying to get on live chat (always busy)

have emailed complaint, sent generic reply to:

(try live chat an other solutions that I had already tried)

would love help from an actual person that can actually help solve this.

Came home to find replacement box on my door step.
Returns bag and label provided
will return old box in due course.
