TV box not working

First Timer

Our TV box has been increasingly temperamental over the past few weeks when playing back recordings, with pixelated/hung images. It then stopped recording at all a few days ago.  We therefore tried all of the rebooting options which didn't work and eventually resorted to trying a factory reset (including not saving our recordings) and software reset last night, neither of which worked.  We left it for 8 hours overnight but it was still 'waking up' this morning and won't switch on. When we turned it off and on again this morning it did the same thing for several more hours and still won't wake up.  Please could we have a new one?
