TV box recording problems return again!

Just when I thought everything was working fine, I find that my box has started to freeze, recordings are not there (even though they show as being recorded) or the recording break up on playback.   Had to unplug 3 times yesterday.   


Is there a proble again with the software?

I'm not aware of any software related issues.


Try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 4: Keep Recordings).

Please note any future scheduled recordings will be lost and will have to be rescheduled.


Update the software and then retest.
