The talktalk TV service is been left behind over the last few months, we have lost several TV channels and no replacement. There is no HD channels, Sky and soon virgin media, have 4K channels. If this carries on when my contract comes up for renewal, I may go over to a different provider.
Cost is not everything!
for example we pay for the BBC but we’re not getting as good a service as Netflix..

I know some channels have recently closed, and this is down to the broadcaster, so not much we can do about that, but our teams are working to source more content.
I hear what you are saying about HD and 4K content, and this is something our teams are aware of and will consider.
I have heared a rumour of some exciting changes later this year that could possibly be around this, but nothing official confirmed, but if I do hear more officially I will let our community know.
