TV not working YourView Box not 'Waking Up'

First Timer

This is my first post because i can't log a fault or get support from TalkTalk.

The box has stopped working about three weeks ago. Fault code 501. Internet is fine, cables are fine and tried various different 'Maintenance' re-sets however none of them work.

Box is in perpetual wake up mode and then going into fault mode. It appears to me that this is a hardware fault. Does anyone know how to get hold of TalkTalk to log this fault or better still order a new Box?
