My TV screen picture breaks up, freezes, and goes blank. It is impossible to watch TV. This first happened a few months ago. I found and replaced a broken ariel cable that connected my TalkTalk TV box to the TV with a brand new cable. That fixed it for a while but now the problem has come back. I think the connector/adapter at the back of the TalkTalk TV box is damaged or loose or broken in some way, as when I nudge the new cable slightly or twist it a tiny bit, the picture will come back on temporarily. Would it be possible to send a replacement TV box? Thankyou!
