TV services not working

Home move go live date yesterday, no problems. Today the “TV” light on my router is not lit up and can only currently access free-to-air channels. Help!

No sports channels listed in guide. If you type in number of a sports channel it says “no channel” any idea what’s going on?

I have merged your topics, multiple threads on the same issue only cause confusion. The support team will pick this up when they are back online on Monday. If you want this looked into before then you will need to contact customer services directly.

I'm showing the correct config at the TV box now and all settings are correct this side.

 

Are you able to see the channels listed in the guide now, and do the sports channels display ?
