Talk Talk TV Plus box not working

Hi. My Talk Talk TV Plus box has stopped working. There are no lights and is not connecting to the TV.

 

I have:

 

-Tried another socket. No difference.

 

- Switched off using the master switch on the back, waited 30 minutes and switched back on  at the back and at the front.

 

Box gets warm but still no lights on the front of the box and no connection to the TV.

 

Can you please send a replacement box.
