I logged onto my account today for the first time in a long time. My bill never changes so don't need to check online. I've always had faster fibre and phone with international package. Don't have or need the TV service. Under my account it shows that I have the TV service but I never requested this and certainly don't have one of those boxes. Whats the deal here? How do I get it removed?
Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
