I have been a TT customer for 10 years and for the most part the TT box has been working well. It has now started to fail, I have to re-start from the back of the box each time I switch the TV on.
I think it is time to replace it. Please Talk Talk can you send me a new box, please?
Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
