My box is stuck on waking up no matter what I try. Please help me!!!!!!

If you need help from TT staff,  please complete your community forum profile details.  Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save.

@Camel 1977, I can't do anything for you other than advise that you wait for staff to reach your thread. They will sort this out for you and send out a new box if that appears to be the best solution.
