My TalkTalk TV box (model DN372T) has recently started to repeatedly fail to record scheduled programs.
We have tried powering off/on and a full reset, so it is not the hard drive being full. It is unresponsive to the handset and also it is not possible to delete failed recordings.
How do I go about getting a replacement box please?
