Hi,

 

New member, first post. We have just signed up for TV, calls & fibre and noticed there is a TV+ box mentioned for recording. Found a post on t’internet saying you can upgrade in My Account. May just be me but I’m struggling to find any info. Could someone advise if there is an additional cost and/or how one goes about finding the relevant info.
