Hi did swapping the box resolve the issue as im havingt exactly the same problem with my new talk talk youview box and have only justy started my sertvice.
Hi I'm also having same issue with my NEW TV plus box, did you resolve the issue, my old box works fine, but it is very old and needed upgrading to use with apps ie NOW TV, any response would be appreciated as customer service is a nightmare
Can you try with the booster switch off? If a signal from a booster is too strong it can cause a bounce back interference.
