TalkTalk plus box no longer receiving TV Aerial channels

Hello OCE,

 

My TalkTalk TV plus box has suddenly stopped receiving TV aerial channels after 5 years or so.

 

I have tried retuning the channels, updated the software, done a factory reset, switched off and switched on the box a few times,

 

The aerial is working fine but the box does not seem to be receiving the aerial channels. 

 

The subscription channels like entertainment boost is working fine. So my channel list starts from 301 directly.  

 

Also the ITV player and Channel 4 player have disappeared from the player and apps list. I have updated the players and apps setting but no luck.

 

Has the receiver within the TalkTalk TV plus box conked out?  Box Model is DN 372T.01.02,P
