My online entertainment  package channels (Sky1 etc) break up constantly e.g become pixilated and sometimes go off completely giving me a message 'there's a problem with the channel' 

This is a recent development (the last few days) I have fibre broadband and don't have a problem with the catch player, also other services work fine like BBC iplayer and I can play Netflix at 4k no problem. I've looked on other people's posts and tried the manual configuration of the I.P address etc and reset my router and youview box without any improvement. Can you please help me?

Hi

 

No line issues evident, all tests are clear.  Sync speed is fine but I can see some errors.  I'm going to swap out the router to see if this is starting to fail.
