Talktalk TV charge:

I like others have just been informed you are going to charge £4 per month for the pleasure of having one of these inferior boxes (sorry but I am not amused)

The sky boosts are a waste of time being in SD not HD and you can't get boxed sets why would I bother anyway?

I will not be paying this charge for something that is free I have a much better BT box as my main box that I bought outright with a 1TB hard drive, the Talktalk box has been relegated to a bedrom for ocasional use.

Can you please ensure that I am not charged for Talktalk TV, I have tried your call centre but I might as well talk to my kettle, sorry to be blunt but if this is the way you want to treat loyal long standing customers I may cancel my broadband when the contract is up too.

Hi

I can opt you out of the upcoming TV charge but I'll need to confirm some security details to access your account.  I'll send a PM separately with the info required.

Please note however that when you opt out of TalkTalk TV you will lose access to add and remove TV Boosts flexibly.  You will lose access to TV Boost on demand content via the TalkTalk player.  You will also lose access to TV on the go services via the web and Mobile App.

Also, any current recordings you have made from a Boost channel will stop working when you are no longer subscribed to that channel.

Thanks

Karl.
