Tv boosts not working

having trouble with the tv boosts not working. Keep getting a message saying "something went wrong tv boosts cannot be found" tried all the resets on the youview box and router tried an old youview box tried an old router just keep ketting the same message??? anyone can help???

Hi

 

All account settings look ok here.

 

Can you Hard Reboot box (using button at the back of the box)

Perform software update (Menu > Settings > Software Information > Update Software > Press OK on remote)

Load More TV (TalkTalk/More TV button on remote) and select some on demand content from one of the boost channels.  Does this play ?
