Any help.i have just been on live chat to try and resolve a tv box problem.ie switching on and off.the advisor wanted for me to go through the motions of doing a factory reset of which I have done and previously a maintenance reset and software reset.she was unable to help me with this .so what's next as tv turns on and off every couple of minutes
