Received new box that records having signed up for entertainment boost. The setup process was fine until it got to setting up Chanel subscriptions where it has just sat for hours. In the end I aborted it and found the channels listed in the guide but when I go to view them it comes up with error IPC6011 and I'm just going round in circles. I'm using power line adapters and they are fine, used them for a long time. I've done a factory reset on the box with the same problem. Internet speed is between 22 and 26 mb. Frustrated to at the least!

Hi

Are you able to connect the box direct to the router to bypass the adapters while testing.  This will help to prove / disprove an issue with the adapters or electrical circuit.

You can also try the adapters in other wall sockets.

Thanks

Karl.
