My original box packed up some weeks ago and you kindly arranged for a new one to be sent to me on the8th .May. The Huawei . DV372T worked perfectly until today when the screen went dead. No red or blue lights on the front of the box. I checked the LV Input cable --12 volt on my meter. Can you please arrange for a replacement. Have you had other boxes fail like like mine ?
