Hi,

for the the last couple of days my freeview box hasn’t been connecting to the internet - my household connection is fine and i’ve tried a few fixes (checking the box and router connection, etc.) with no success.

Any ideas how I can get it working again?

thanks

Hi @Neil543

Are you using Power Line Adaptors ? If so are all lights green and are they connected DIRECTLY in to sockets ie. not via a powerstrip ?

Youview checklist is here https://support.youview.com/youview-box/error-messages/fix-for-yvm102

Hi, yes I am using power line adapters - they’re plugged into power banks but i’ve had them set up like that for 3 years with no previous issues... Tried every option on that support link as well but with no joy

Hi @Neil543

It is recommended that they are plugged directly into socket. I know that when I tried using a power strip the speed dropped from 34Mbps to 6Mbps.

Are the PLA's showing 3 solid greens on both of them with no orange or red ever flickering on ?

Can you temporarily try connecting without the power strips.

Thanks for your help @fre55die,

we we tried the power line tests and then switched everything off for a little while. When we plugged everything back in and turned them on the router was found and it all *seems* to be working ok now.

thanks for your suggestions!
