You View Box Broken Over a month

Hi
The problem is back my tv pizalates now and then the signal quality drops from 100% to 75%
signal strength stable around 52% any suggestions please

Hi Barry,

 

Did you see pixellation in the previous box before it broke ?

 

Is it possible to try a signal booster ?  

 

Do you have a single cable direct to the aerial or does this go through any splitters etc?

It goes straight in no problems like this with the old box

Hi

 

OK, we need to try to rule out as much as possible interfering with any signal.

 

As this is a new box and the signal is pixellating, the next option would be to have one of our engineers out to look at this, but if the fault is caused by your own aerial cabling etc you could be charged for the call out.

I have just plugged my ariel directly into my tv which was perfect
Signal strength and quality 100%
then through my youview box
Signal strength Halved to around 50%
Signal quality fluctuating fromm 100% to 70% causing pixilation to picture.

Hi I have tried every thing possible now but no joy every thing was perfect on the old box till it broke is there any way you could swap this box over for me it would really be appreciated
