You View box not working

My You View box has stopped working. I have tried powering it down and back up again and tried the maintenance reset several times but it just won't start up, it just flashes the blue and red lights on the front of the box.

Please can you send me a new You View box

Staff need to be able to identify your account,  @Gus806.

 

Please complete your community forum profile details. Go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard; make sure you put in your landline phone number and a fallback mobile phone number; click finish to save. 

 

It can take a few days for them to reply.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

 

Please post back on this thread when this has been done..
