We are having really frustrating issues with our DN370T box. It freezes everytime we have watched a recording. We cannot get out of the recordings screen. We have to re boot everytime. Contacted live chat, still no resolution. Looks like loads of other customers have had similar issues. Can we please have some help. Is a new box the solution
