I have tried resetting the box using the instructions under Huawei YouView Maintenance Mode to no avail. Is there anyway to transfer our recordings to a new box or are they going to be lost to us?
We had to have a new router within the last week, could this have anything to do with it?
In reverse order - I doubt the new router would have had an effect on the box, as you can't get it to work under maintenance mode.
Regarding your recordings, sorry they will be lost as you can't transfer them.
I've escalated to an OCE so they can discuss a box swap out with you.
There is no option currently to transfer recordings.
If the box is stuck in maintenance mode the only option is to swap out the box. I'll get a replacement out to you.
