Last year I had issues (continual freezing) with a YouView box and was sent a replacement. A few weeks ago I started getting problems with the replacement too, mainly the inability to record.
This could be resolved by rebooting the unit but things have gradually got worse and I get the recording issue regularly and the menus and guide work intermittently now and the box regularly freezes. Reboots sometimes fix this but it's becoming more frequent that I need to reboot more than once or have to power off and leave it for 30 minutes before retrying. I've tried soft resets, checked for updates and last week did a maintenance reset too but the issue still remains.
Is there anything else I can try?
