YouView box keeps freezing

Hi

My YouView box keeps freezing up (no buttons then work on hand set).  This happens intermitantly about once every day or two.  It is cured by restartring the box and allowing it to go through the long start up procedure.

It often happens during fast forwarding or deleting pre-recoded programs.

I have done several factory resets and find no benefit as nothing improves.  It seems that there is something wrong with the internal workings of this otherwise great bit of kit.

Is it possible to arrange a replacement of the box as it is now driving me mad please?

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
