YouView box won’t go past waking up

Hi,

 

I have a Huawei YouView box model DN372T. The remote wouldn’t work apart from power button but if I powered the box off and on the remote would work again for a brief time before stopping.

 

I reset the box to factory settings which again worked for a brief time but now the box just gets stuck in a loop when turning on between the waking up screen and advising to go to maintenance mode.

 

I’ve tried all options in maintenance mode but still stuck on ‘waking up’

 

any Ideas please.

Hi,

 

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.
