I am experiencing an issue with my Youview box
It is failing to record programmes that we select to be recorded, and it also isn’t letting us view already recorded programmes.
What are our options as we have reset the box several times and retuned it?
How do I go about having a new box being sent to my address? For clarity, the box I currently have is 3/4 years old so maybe it’s overdue being replaced.
If anyone can advise me further I would greatly appreciate it

Hi Kev, I got sent a new TV Box recently, unsolicited, and it doesn't have a record function. Hard to get any response from TalkTalk about how to put the right.
Last option to try is the full factory reset from the settings menu.
this will clear any corruption on the hard drive and may allow further recordings to be made.
give this a try and schedule new recordings and retest.
