My Youview TV box is not working properly. I can no longer watch recordings or any of the iplayer channels. I have received an error code of YVM105. I have read previous postings and searched the internet and carried out all of the suggestions about re-booting, etc, with no success. I need a new Youview box. Could someone from Talktalk please make contact to arrange this.
