Youview box extreemly slow.

On reading messages, my problem is exactly the same as "molburger", or at least the first part of the post. It takes an age to do anything, you wonder if you have pressed the correct button or if you pressed it hard enough, so you do it again only to find it is very slow and you end up having to do it all again. Very frustrating. I have tried all the updates/ reset etc. without avail.

The Huewei Youview is model DW370T 02.03.P  Sn.No, F8R8WF1292107171. I have noticed that the lights on the front of the box are barely visible when the unit is switched on, however when the unit is reset they appear quite bright.

Not quite sure what to do, as this seems to be the only way to contact Talktalk with these sort of problems.

Can you please add your home phone number or Account number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.

 

If unsure of your phone number, simply dial 17070 from your land line phone and this will confirm the number for you.

Hi, Go back to you thread and give more details. Mine has been doing this for about a year now and has been getting worse and really frustrating.

Give make, model number and serial number and see if you get a reply from the administrator, but do add as much information as possible. Good Luck.  Lanod

Thank you Karl, new box arrived today, took half an hour to get the new box working, with some new features. Superb service, Well Done.

May take a while to get the old box back to you as I am self isolating and would need to go in a post office. Will try to get it posted soon.
