Some weeks ago we were sent a new router as we had upgraded to broadband boost. Since then we have had our Youview box progressively fail. At first it needed rebooting every time we switched on, then the two lights would flash with a Waiting message, now the lights keep flashing but nothing happens. the picture is heavily pixillated.
