Youview box freezing on waking up screen

First Timer

Box not been working since yesterday 6 pm. Stays on waking up screen, been told by talk talk message services to do all the maintenance menu. Done all that and still nothing. I've left the box unplugged all night thinking that would solve it and it's been stuck on waking up screen since 5am so it's had a good 10-11 hours off. I've noticed that a few topics are the same model number as mine, is there a fault on these boxes?
