My Youview box is not recording.
It has been like this since before chritmas. It does not record if I press the record button and programs fail to record if I schedule them.
I have factory reset it (by pressing the buttons on the box, keeping my recording) but this has not helped.
It is fully up-to-date according to the settings.
The box is old (2015 I think) so this might be the problem.

My box stopped recording & I carried out the same procedure as you & it also did not work,I then did a full reset from within the settings menu (you loose all recordings) but thankfully it worked.And is still working ok.My tv box is model DN372T.
