Youview box not responding

Ive been having problems with the Huawei youview box for the last week not responding, freezing on one channel no control with controller, won't record, using back button to switch on won't get past loading, only way I can get the box on is to perform a factory reset but it only lasts for a while before it freezes again, is there anything else that can be done or is there no hope left 🙏 ive just tried to access players and apps showing yvm105 I have tried to resolve this with another maintenance reset to no avail, getting very frustrated now, Huawei - maintenance mode now showing system start up error 501 sending me into recovery operations I'm afraid I'm just going round in circles now  box now stuck on waking up this could be the end I think may as well unplug it put the ariel in the TV so I can at least watch something

I've escalated to an OCE for you as sounds like your box may be on the way out.

 

They may be able to suggest alternatives or more.

 

As it's Christmas it may take longer to respond though.
