Youview box not working

We have a problem with our Youview box Huawei DN370T.

Box fails to start properly - system startup error

Maintenance mode entered - 4 different resets tried

Software reset (recommended) - box not starting

Factory reset, keep recordings - box not starting

Internet/USB recovery (keep recordings) - box not starting

Exit And Restart

Blue & red lights on front of box flashing alternately.

Recovery software versions: manufacturers 70.45.159.  recovery 2.3.2024

Front panel software version 1.0.5008.

This looks like a total box failure to me, can someone please confirm if this is the case.

If the box has failed if there any way to recover my recordings?

Look forward to hearing from an OCE urgently as Christmas is coming!

If the box is failing, there is no way to recover recordings, only option is to replace the box.

 

Please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so we can locate your details.

Hi again OCE-Karl,

 

I updated my community profile with landline and mobile number a week ago, but have not heard back from you. What should I do? The box is still not working and I miss the HD options.
