Youview box not working

Hi, this is my first post, been with Talk talk from the 2003. I've had the same tv box for years and for the last several months I've had to go through the reset , turn off performance on a weekly basis. It's now dead altogether. Been on the online chat asking for a replacement box but getting nowear.

Totally fedup.
