Youview box on the blink AGAIN

As you may see from my previous posts you had to replace my box earlier this year.

 

Guess what, tonight just as we sat down to watch the Darts semi finals, it went on the blink again - this time giving lapses in video. tried a factory reset and several other solutions but no joy so thank you Talktalk for ruining not only my evening but also New Years Day (finals night.) and for ensuring that I am paying for something I am unable to view.

 

Please if you are going to supply boxes then make sure they are of a quality to last more than a few months.

 

UFO is great in York however some of your other products and services lag behind.

Did you try a Youview Maintenance Reset (Option 4: Keep Recordings).

 

Did this also fail ?
